The Bereiter House - built in 1908 - is owned by the City of Kent and operated by the Greater Kent Historical Society.

The first floor of this Craftsman style home may be rented for special events like: weddings, receptions, teas, luncheons, and garden parties.

The living room, dining room and the kitchen are available for use for small parties and provide an intimate setting. The grounds are also available for rental in the summer months.
